We require dogs to be CURRENT on the following vaccinations.

Bordetella (Kennel cough)

Rabies

*If your pet is unable to have any of the vaccines listed above, please have a Vet/Tech from your preferred clinic give us a call or provide a note to verify health.

Proof of vaccinations can be dropped off during business hours or faxed/emailed at any time. Please ensure we have all records by time of drop off.

What to Bring
Vaccination records or note from your veterinarian.

Any medications/supplements your pet requires.

NOTICE: Please bring all medications in the ORIGINAL prescription bottle! This is VERY important in case of an emergency with your pet.

Food- We provide dogs with Purina Pro Plan Chicken Savor. If your pet requires a special food, please bring it in a SEALED CONTAINER for sanitation reasons.
Bowl - This is only necessary if your pet requires a slow feeder. We provide stainless steel bowls that are sanitized after each use.
Note: We request that anything you bring be labeled with your pets first and last name. Please ensure food and medications are labeled with daily requirement instructions. If you have any questions about anything listed above, please feel free to give us a call.
